As former executives at Vince, BCBG, Splendid, NYDJ, and Barefoot Dreams, they developed a close bond over a shared love of product. Their journey as entrepreneurs, brand builders, creative merchants and production specialists have led them to launch Merch HQ. Julie + Rhonda are committed to fostering authentic connections and uplifting businesses.
Kari Kristan, a seasoned fashion industry professional with over 20 years of experience, has held key positions at Kenneth Cole, Splendid, and various boutique brands. Specializing in product development, brand strategy and social media marketing, she guides companies and influencers in refining their narratives and elevating their brand presence.
